Terms and Conditions cuci2 — The Complete Platform Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cuci2" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app and all services operated under the cuci2 brand at https://cuci2.pw.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the cuci2 platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by the Player on cuci2 to access the available services.
• "Credit" refers to the cash balance in a Player's cuci2 account that can be used for betting or requested for withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, cash or other benefits granted by cuci2 to Players subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus or bonus wins can be withdrawn.

To register and use the cuci2 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in your state or country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals excluded from gambling in your country.
• Not using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or use the platform.
• Depositing and betting using legitimate funds from lawful sources and not proceeds of any illegal activity.

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) account cuci2 only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or banking details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, up to date, and complete. cuci2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly:

• Before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• When there is unusual or suspicious account activity.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

KYC documents commonly requested include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and a recent bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

Cuci2 supports a wide range of accepted deposit methods including FPX, e-wallets, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, direct bank transfer and DuitNow QR scan. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of every transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 (depending on the selected method) and no processing fees are charged by cuci2.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly to within 5 minutes for most methods.
• Cuci2 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity or unauthorized sources.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. cuci2 aims to process all withdrawals within 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and players must have fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the player's own name — no exceptions.
• Cuci2 may require additional KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals of a large amount.
• In certain situations involving security investigations, cuci2 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing while the investigation is ongoing.
• Cuci2 does not charge any withdrawal fees, although your bank or digital wallet provider may apply charges in accordance with their own policies.

Cuci2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any credit derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any wins derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus credit balances in your account may not be used to pay commissions to agents or affiliates.

All games available on the cuci2 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness in every game outcome.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be clearly demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, cuci2 will restore the game state to the last verifiable point using server records.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. cuci2 is not liable for any losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any attempt to manipulate games using third-party software, automated bots, or other cheating methods will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Cuci2 players are expected to interact with the platform and other players in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of abusive, offensive, threatening, or disrespectful language or content on any cuci2 communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the cuci2 platform in any way.
• Sharing login credentials or account passwords with any third party.
• Making false or fraudulent claims to customer support, including unwarranted chargeback requests through your bank.
• Exploiting or taking advantage of any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Cuci2 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account immediately and without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Evidence or indication that a player is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities pursuant to a court order or legal compliance requirement.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cuci2 customer support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all KYC requirements are met and no active investigations are ongoing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci2 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the inability to access or use the cuci2 platform due to technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses incurred by a player through wagering activity — gambling carries financial risk that is fully acknowledged and accepted by the player.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers.

Cuci2's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Cuci2 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable laws. By using the cuci2 platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will only be used for legitimate purposes including account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. cuci2 will not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.

Cuci2 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms and conditions at any time due to operational requirements, legal changes or service improvements. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• An in-account notification displayed upon your next login.
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your account.
• An update to this Terms and Conditions page with the revision date clearly displayed.

Continued use of the cuci2 platform after the effective date of any amended terms will be considered full acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree to any amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the new terms take effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
